Mike was absolutely fantastic! He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire home inspection. He took the time to walk us through everything as he went, explaining each detail thoroughly and making sure we understood what he was looking at. He was patient, approachable, and always made sure to ask if we had any questions. We truly appreciate his expertise and attention to detail, and we’re so grateful to have found him for our home inspection. We highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional home inspector. Thank you so much, Mike, for making this process such a positive experience!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Mike. I am from CA looking to purchase property in NY and he did not hold that uagainst me! Lol! The report was very detailed (much more than I expected) and helped me in my decision regarding the property. I would highly recommend his services to anyone purchasing a property. It was money well spent.

Exceptional isnt the word. We cannot recommend Mike Loiacano enough. He encouraged questions (and we asked a ton), he made sure we understood what he was inspecting and what would be needed to fix. Mike provided the results with 24 hours. I have family looking to downsize and they will definitely use Mike. 10 out of 10 Mike! Thank you for everything!

We had our soon‑to‑be home inspected by Mike, and the experience was exceptional. He walked us through the entire process, explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand, and offered helpful advice on maintaining key areas of the home. He pointed out important safety considerations and things to keep an eye on, which made us feel secure and prepared as future homeowners.

Mike was incredibly patient with all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to make sure we fully understood everything, and he sent us the full inspection report right away, which gave us even more peace of mind. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. We’re truly grateful for his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, thorough inspector.
