Mike recently inspected our newly purchased home and he was exactly as advertised - professional, thorough, and reliable. He was accommodating from the start, rearranging his schedule to work within our contractual obligations. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to ensure we understood the risks of leaving some items unaddressed and highlighted areas we could improve in the future. His work was fairly priced, and a detailed report was sent the next day, as promised. He is clearly passionate about what he does and was great at breaking down complex systems into simple terms so we could understand exactly what we were getting.
