The Home Inspection Process

If you are looking to work with Central New York's Top-Rated Home Inspector, feel free to contact me regarding the home inspection process, or any other questions regarding the real estate transaction you may have.  We will coordinate a time that works best for you, the client.  I will gather as much information prior to the inspection to prepare and set up my software accordingly.  We will spend 2 to 3 hours at the property gathering as much data as possible on the property's condition, ranging from safety to efficiency; checking the grounds, exterior, roof, interior, foundation, and attic structure.  Areas such as Insulation, Ventilation, Heating and Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical will be analyzed.  You will be emailed a thorough report with many photos and a summary page to focus on.  Follow-up questions and discussions are welcomed and strongly encouraged.  I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and give you the best home-buying experience possible.
